A veces la ansiedad moderada nos ayuda a enfrentar los desaf\u00edos a los que nos vemos sometidos con un impulso de energ\u00eda, pero cuando ocurre de manera intensa o en situaciones inapropiadas, se considera un trastorno y a menudo va asociada al estr\u00e9s y a la falta de descanso que acaba produciendo un deterioro del funcionamiento <strong>psicosocial y fisiol\u00f3gico.<\/strong><\/p><p>En muchos casos, <strong>realizar actividades de ocio y ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/strong> es una buena forma de gestionar el estr\u00e9s diario y la ansiedad, por
